I was seen yesterday for a root canal referred by my regular dentist. Dr. Kim performed the root canal on a very abscessed upper tooth connected to my bridge. His dental assistant, Ashlyn and Dr. Kim were extremely professional, kind and caring. The entire office personnel in the Wake Forest office was kind and helpful to my every need. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim for a pain free root canal. I was pleasantly surprised that I felt no pain during or after the procedure.

I was referred to PreservEndo by my Dentist Dr. Denzel Harris of Dental Care of Rolesville for my first ever root canal procedure as I am 60 yrs old! I am ever so grateful he referred me to this fantastic practice that as soon as you walk in you know they are going to take excellent care of you by there beautiful facility! The girls at the front desk were awesome checking me in and so hospitable as well. Then I got to meet a wonderful dental assistant Melinda who is a jewel there for sure as she made me feel welcomed, informed and answered all my questions like she was a family member to me! Then when Dr. Jake Reynolds came in he was so sharp looking and professional I knew I was in good hands with my most feared procedure upon me! I have never been to a dental office where I didn’t dread or have mouth pain but Dr. Reynolds did such a perfect job on my back left molar 🦷 as I felt zero pain throughout the whole procedure and it’s been 3 days now and still no pain! That speaks volumes as he knows his craft and rocks! Thank you Dr. Reynolds and staff for your excellent care! I will always highly recommend you all! Dr. Jake Reynolds is THE BEST! 150% recommend. I don't know how he does it, but I don't feel any pain from the novocaine shots let alone the procedure😊 He's very kind and concerned throughout the process with amazing bedside manner. As someone who has experienced horrible dental procedures, I will never go to anyone else. The staff is just as amazing as he is. Thank you Dr. Reynolds!

No one really looks forward to a Root Canal! However, if you do need one, the BEST option and BEST Endodontics Office is PreservEndo! I have seen Dr. Jake Reynolds for years, with the latest visit on 04-29-26. It was a breeze. Not only did he perform a successful Root Canal, he also managed to save my Crown! His Assistant yesterday was Melinda. She greeted me with an assuring smile, a warm hug, and explained everything that was going to happen ahead of time. She gave me a warm blanket and checked on my comfort level several times during the procedure. I just loved Melinda! If possible, I would give them a higher rating than the one offered! Thank you, Dr. Reynolds and Melinda!
